1. General Information
At elashGance Cosmetics Trading L.L.C, we strive to deliver your beauty essentials as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Shipping Destinations
- Local Delivery: We deliver to all Emirates within the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

International Shipping: We ship to GCC countries.
- Note: Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

4. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and UAE Public Holidays).
- Delivery Estimates :
- UAE DUBAI : Same Day & Next Day delivery
- UAE OTHER EMIRATES : Next Day delivery
- Other GCC Countries: 5–8 business days.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UAE, please note:
- elashGance Cosmetics Trading L.L.C is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery if requested by local authorities.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
- Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 2 times.
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, the package may be returned to our Dubai warehouse. Re-shipping fees may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged product or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service immediately at info@elashgance.ae with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue as a priority.
