General Terms and Conditions of Sale


1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern all sales and transactions conducted through elashgance.ae (the "Website"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Website is owned and operated by elashGance Cosmetics Trading L.L.C, located at RIGGA BUSINESS CENTRE - 1001, Unit A-29 Deira, Dubai, UAE.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free or that the colors will perfectly match the physical product due to screen variations.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable.
  • Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability or suspicion of fraud).
  • Payment: We accept [Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, etc.]. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a service fee may apply as stated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Scope: We deliver within the UAE and selected international destinations.
  • Timeline: Estimated delivery times are same day and next day delivery for UAE and 5-12 business days for GCC countries orders.
  • Title & Risk: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting info@elashgance.ae
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched and handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

7. Refund & Return Policy (Strict Hygiene Rule)

  • Delivery Acceptance: Due to UAE health and safety regulations for cosmetic products, no returns or refunds are accepted once the delivery has been accepted by the customer.
  • Refusal of Delivery: A refund is only possible if the customer refuses the delivery at the doorstep and the package is returned to us unopened in its original shipping seal.
  • Exclusions: We cannot verify if a product has been opened or tampered with once it has entered a customer’s possession; therefore, for hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable.
  • Damaged Items: If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must notify us with photos within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for an exchange or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

elashGance Cosmetics Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

9. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Cosmetic products may contain ingredients that cause allergic reactions in some individuals. It is the customer's responsibility to read the ingredients list before use. Perform a patch test before full application.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the Website at the time of your order will apply.
